Northern Shaolim Kung Fu of Whittier

Sifu Troy Augborne is a representative member of the Northern Shaolim Kung Fu Association, which was founded in the Greater Los Angeles Area. His mission is to preserve, perfect, and promote the goals, principles, and core values of the Northern Shaolim Kung Fu Association.

One of the Northern Shaolim's philosophies is to "spread the teachings of the art via the most efficient and economic means thereby reaching as many willing students as possible." Sifu Augborne thought a website would be an effective way to accomplish this and educate those in the community who are interesting in learning and promoting the principles of Northern Shaolim Kung Fu.

Using ancient Chinese art forms and imagery, Juxtaflo built a fully valid (why should I care about valid?) HTML 4.01 site that provided visitors with historical, biographical, and educational information about Northern Shaolim Kung Fu and its Whittier Branch Division. Sifu Augborne is now working on expanding the site to make in community-based and interactive.
